I, the Participant, agree that Global Headquarters, its licensees and assigns may: (a) record me and the activities undertaken by me (audio, video and stills) (Recording) for the Project named and incorporate all or part of the Recording in the Project. (b) exploit and authorise or grant the right ot others to exploit all or part of the Recording, as part of the Project in any way and in any and all media now known or hereafter devised globally in perpetuity; and (c) use my image and voice Recording for the purpose of promoting and publicising the Project, in any and all media globally in perpetuity. 2. I agree that Global Headquarters is and will be the owner of all the right, title and interest (including present and future copyright) in the Recording and the Project globally in perpetuity. I assign all of my right, title and interest (including without limitation, present and future copyright) in the Recording and the results and proceeds of my participation in connection with the Project globally and in Perpetuity. 4. I warrant and represent to Global Headquarters that: (a) subject to clause 3 (b), the consent of no other person is required for me to participate in the Recording or the Project or to grant the rights I have granted; (b) if the Participant is under 18 years of age at the date of signing, I am the parent/guardian of the Participant, I consent ot the Participant’s participation in the Recording and Project, and I agree to the terms set our in this Deed on behalf of myself and on behalf of the Participant including, but not limited to, the grant of all rights herein. 5. I release Global Headquarters, its licensees and assigns from any and all claims and causes of action whatsoever (including, without limitation, any infringement or violation of personal and/or property right of any sort, including defamation) arising from or relating to the Recording and Project.
